Setting Up Your Bitwarden Account

1. Click the Bitwarden icon on your browser’s toolbar.
2. Click “Create Account”.
3. Leave bitwarden.com selected.
4. Fill in your email address & name.
5. Uncheck the box to get advice, etc. unless you want to get emails from Bitwarden regularly.
6. Click “Continue”.
7. Go to your email and click the “Verify Email” button.
8. Create a strong master password. It will need to be fairly long. Do not forget this. If you need to, write it down and keep it in a secure and safe place. If you lose the master password, you lose all your passwords and other information stored in your vault.
9. Once you complete this step, your account is created and active.
